Mesa is located in Williamsburg County, with training facilities and Cross-Country Courses at both locations Oceda Plantation
located Between Andrews and Jamestown, South Carolina.
Our
Ranch was established in 2004, with the family in mind, therefore we pride ourselves on providing customers with highest-quality
products and personal service. We strive to spoil our horses and guests. The ranch is located in beautiful
South Carolina’s "Low Country".

Coming Soon – Equine Cross-Country courses
A small training course is
being developed at Hacienda Mesa, water obstacles, ditches, steep banks and jumps are available. New courses, being
developed, will be approximately two and four miles long, through the natural terrain spanning over 1200 acres, comprising
some twenty-four to thirty-six fixed and solid obstacles. We maximize the use of natural material such as logs, ditches, banks,
shrubs, and other decorations. The decorations are used to add color and an additional challenge to horses.
Overnight
accommodations are available upon request for both equine and guests. Annual members are encouraged to
use our boarding facility and our well-trained staff of groomers, exercise, and trainers. This is a family
oriented atmosphere, providing our members with outstanding care for both themselves and their equine companion.
We offer farrier, grooming and exercise services. Quality hay, legumes, and grain to our boarder and for sale.
We have pastures, shelter, round pin and limited availability of our stalls.

*Includes 4 hours a month riding our horses. Experienced riders required. Hours do not carry month to month.
